I started Blue Palm because I got tired of hearing the same story — people losing money on land that turned out to have problems with the title, or worse, land that wasn't even real. Four years later, that's still the whole point of what we do. Every property we sell is registered and titled, no exceptions. We work with a lot of Ghanaians living abroad who can't always be here to check things themselves, so trust isn't a nice-to-have for us, it's the entire business. We're growing now into development and luxury properties, but the standard doesn't change.

My job is making sure what we promise actually happens on the ground. Every file, every document, every step before someone signs, I want it done right the first time. It's easy to say "we're trustworthy," harder to prove it deal after deal. That's what I care about here. We're also working on making the whole process easier for clients abroad, since buying land from another country shouldn't be more stressful than it already is.

I handle how Blue Palm shows up — online, in conversations, in what people see before they ever talk to us. Buying land is a big decision, sometimes the biggest one someone makes, so I try to make sure people can actually find honest, current information instead of guessing. A lot of our audience is far from Accra, so keeping things clear and easy to follow matters more than making things look flashy.

I'm the one on site making sure what's on paper matches what's actually there — boundaries, access, documentation, all of it. Land deals go wrong in the details most people never think to check, so that's where I spend my time. As we move into development, my job gets bigger, but the approach stays the same: don't hand a client anything I haven't verified myself.
